Saturday, 21 October 2017 - Split

3:pm onward Arrive at ACI Split Marina to join the rest of the crew onboard the yacht.
  We are chartering two 40’ Catamarans, each with 4 double cabins, and 2 single Cabins.  Our group size will be 19 people on board the two yachts.  Other groups we know may sail in company with us on other charter boats.

Sunday, 22 October 2017 – Split to Trogir (12nm)

Morning After breakfast, we will set sail to Trogir, reputed to be the ‘best preserved Romanesque-Gothic Town in Central Europe’
Afternoon In the afternoon, we will have time to explore the historic town, which has also been described as an ‘outdoor museum.’

Monday, 23 October 2017 – Trogir to Maslinica (Solta Island)  - 13nm

Morning After breakfast, we will set sail to Solta Island and our destination, the pretty village of Maslinica.  We plan to berth in the marina at the Marchi Castle, which is a luxury hotel and restaurant.
Afternoon The afternoon will be free to explore the island, which is described as ‘an island of fishermen, olives and vineyards, an island where time has stopped long ago.’ Maslinica is surrounded by an archipelago of seven islets (Polebrnjak, Saskinja, Stipanska Kamik Balkun, Sarac and Grmej) and is one of the most popular sailing ports in central Dalmatia.

Tuesday, 24 October 2017 – Maslinica (Solta Island) to Vis (Vis Island) – 25nm

Morning After breakfast, we will set sail to Vis, Vis Island, which was first established by the Greeks in 397BC as Issa.
Afternoon In the afternoon, we might want to go up the mountain to Fort George for drinks watching the sunset over the beautiful scenery.

Wednesday, 25 October 2017 – Vis (Vis Island) to Hvar Town (Hvar Island) – 13nm

Morning In the morning, some of us might want to take a Speedboat Tour to the famous Blue Caves.  Others may wish to keep exploring the town.
Afternoon After lunch, we will set sail to Hvar Town, a popular ‘playground for the rich and famous’.  Hvar Island has been named one of the top 10 islands in the world.

Thursday, 26 October 2017 – Hvar Town (Hvar Island) to Milna (Brac Island) – 13nm

Morning We will have the morning to continue to explore Hvar.
Afternoon Then, after lunch we will set sail to Milna, on Brac Island.  Milna is a small and attractive 16th century village.

Friday, 27 October – Milna (Brac Island) to Split – 11nm

Morning In the morning, we will have more time to visit Milna and Brac Island.
Afternoon In the afternoon, we will sail back to Split for our last night ashore.

Saturday, 28 October

Unfortunately, we will have to return the yachts this morning, hopefully with loads of wonderful memories of a Croatian sea adventure.

£750/person, which includes a berth on the skippered yacht (most are shared doubles), mooring fees, diesel, breakfast/lunch/snacks on board, and local tax.  The cost does not include flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, sightseeing, or any meals ashore.
